What data do we collect?
The Jancave website collects and processes information about your visit to our website through analytics. When this information is collected you remain anonymous. You can read more about this below.
We collect information though our form which is transmitted from by email. This information is used to contact you in response. The information collected to allow for transmission is Name, Email, Phone Number, Subject and Message.
The website also collects and stores your personal information relating to the shopping cart. When you buy something we require you to share with us your, Name, Address, Phone, Email, Additional Delivery Address (if different to correspondence address) and any additional notes.

We do not store your payment information on our website.
Stripe

How else may your data be used?
Other than the contact forms and shopping cart;
Your data is used to allow for a response via email OR to enable your product to be delivered. You may also be added to a mailing list. This mailing list is run by Mailchimp and you are able to unsubscribe by hitting the “unsubscribe” button at the bottom of any email you receive from us.
How is your data secured?
We ensure that all data supplied to us is processed/transmitted in a secure environment protected from unauthorised and/or unlawful use. On this website this includes the use of the following:

* The website build, theme and any associated plugins are updated as and when needed to ensure that they are up to date and as secure as possible.
How long will we store your data?
Data is stored through anonymous analytics and when you buy a product through our shopping system.
Anything you send via the form is stored on our email server.
Our site may doesn’t at present but use WooCommerce and as such stores your shopping and personal information in the website database. This information is stored indefinitely unless we are asked to delete the information.
If you have chosen to have an account with us your information will also be stored as a website user.
What rights do you have?

(b) access the information we hold on you. Fulfilment of a request for such information will be provided within one month of the inquiry.
